2. Print & Return Your Order by Mail

Please print the Easy Return/Exchange Form and include it with your return package. Next, simply mail your return or exchange back to our warehouse using the following address.

Return Shipping Fine Print

  • We do not pay for return shipping, but we will ship exchange merchandise back to you free of charge. 
  • C.O.D.'s will not be accepted for incoming return/exchange merchandise.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.
  • All product packaging must be returned to receive full credit for return.
  • We strongly recommend using delivery confirmed mail as we are not able to refund items that become lost in the mail.
When to return?

Please return merchandise as soon as possible. Returns made within 30 days of your initial order are eligible to receive full exchange, credit or refund. All refunds received after 30 days are subject to review by our shipping department and may not be accepted.

Types of Returns:
  • Refund/Exchange: We are happy to exchange for size or color as long as the merchandise returned comes with all product tags, bags or other packaging and is in new condition. Returns missing product tags, bags or other packaging will be assessed a fee. Refunds will only be given in the same form of payment as the initial purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, your refund will be made to the same credit card. Refunds are limited to the original purchase price of merchandise and will not be adjusted for any previous or future sales.
  • Store Credit: Store credit will be given at the discretion of Factory Swimwear, LLC under certain circumstances. Store credit is limited to the price paid for the merchandise and will not include shipping charges.
  • Shipping: Shipping charges will not be refunded. 
  • No credit or no refund: Factory Swimwear, LLC. reserves the right to deny a refund, credit or exchange at our discretion.
Condition of Merchandise:
  • All merchandise, including swimsuits, must be returned in new condition, with attached original tags and labels on the suit and with original packaging.
  • No merchandise used in the water is returnable or exchangeable.
  • If merchandise is defective, we will exchange for the exact same product or product of equal or lessor value.
What cannot be returned:
  • Books, DVD's, Software or Electronic Equipment.
  • Merchandise that was worn or used in the water.
  • Items that are not in condition to re-stock and/or sell as clearance.
  • Any perishable food product, opened or unsealed liquid container.
Event Sales & Custom Products:
  • Event sales are only returnable for store credit provided all original product and packaging is returned.
  • Custom merchandise can not be exchanged or returned. This includes but is not limited to printed merchandise.

Factory Swimwear, LLC reserves the right to change the above guidelines at any time at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to providing a refund, exchange, store credit or no credit/exchange. Please forward all questions regarding our return policy to Support@ftyswim.com
