How do I place an order by phone?

Simple, Call us Toll Free at 1.855.389.7946. Once you hear the main menu, you may press 1 on your keypad. This will route your call to an available agent.

How long is the wait time to talk to an agent?

We strive to have our agents available for you, but in some cases our call center becomes over capacity. The usual wait time is under 5 minutes. In the event an agent is not available to answer your call, you will be forward to our automatic voice mail system. When this happens, your call is routed to a specific agent, who will call you back and personally take care of your order or question.

What information do I need to have ready?

If you are calling to place an order please have the Item Number ready along with the Size and Color (if applicable). You will also want to be ready with your Billing & Shipping information. The time to place an order by phone usual takes 5-10 minutes.
